Will I have a dedicated event coordinator?
Yes. Every inquiry is personally handled by a member of the Flowji team. We'll discuss your event, recommend the best beverage options, answer your questions, and help customize every detail to ensure your event is exactly as you envision.
How long does the service last?
Our standard service lasts 2–3 hours, but we can tailor the serving time to match your event schedule.
Do you travel to different venues?
Yes. We serve events across Hong Kong and can travel to offices, event venues, outdoor locations, schools, exhibitions, and private residences.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and peak event seasons. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.
